VP - Construction
Kevin Dickman joined Scout Cold Logistics in 2022 as a Vice President – Construction. In this capacity, he manages the design and construction of new cold warehouse buildings as well as property redevelopment involving cooler, freezer, food processing, and other tenant improvements. Kevin provides construction project leadership, including team selection, planning, permitting, project budget and schedule management, customer communications, quality control, project commissioning, close-out and documentation.
Kevin has over 12 years of managing ground-up, build-to-suit, redevelopment and tenant improvement construction with projects comprising more than five million square feet of cold storage, food processing and cinematic production facilities. Prior to joining Scout, Kevin served as Construction Project Manager for Griffco Design\Build, a significant design/build general contractor headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. In that role he led cold construction projects including budgeting, design, permitting, construction administration and team management.
Kevin also served as a Project Manager at Ra-Lin & Associates, Project Engineer at Design Group Facility Solutions and an Assistant Project Manager at Primus Builders. He has participated in the construction of numerous food production and storage facilities for companies including Kroger, Sysco, Pepsi, Coca-Cola and Fresh Express.
Kevin earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Georgia Southern University.
