Vincent Signorello

Founder / CEO

Vincent Signorello founded Scout Capital Partners in 2017 and Scout Cold Logistics in 2021. He currently serves at the Chairman and CEO of Scout Cold Logistics and in that capacity, he oversees all activities of the firm including overall strategic direction, capital formation, investment sourcing / evaluation, and asset management.

Since the formation of Scout Capital Partners and Scout Cold Logistics, Vincent has led the firm’s investment in almost 9 million SF of cold storage properties across the United States comprising approximately $1.5B of capital commitments.

Prior to founding Scout Capital Partners, Vincent was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Florida East Coast Industries, Inc. (‘FECI’). FECI was Florida’s oldest and largest commercial real estate and infrastructure company and was wholly owned by Fortress Investment Group (“Fortress”). Vincent joined FECI from Fortress where he was hired in 2008 and was responsible for Fortress’ investment in the company. During his tenure with FECI, Vincent led the strategic rationalization of FECI’s assets into distinct business units, inclusive of: Flagler Global Logistics, the largest industrial developer in Florida and an integrated logistics company focused on the transportation, treatment and handling of perishable products; Brightline, the United States’ only private investor in intercity passenger rail and transit-oriented real estate-development; Parallel Infrastructure, a national leader in third-party right-of-way and telecom investments; and Flagler, a full-service real estate management company. Over the course of his 9-years at FECI, Vincent led the raising and commitment of almost $5.0B of capital to the industrial and infrastructure sectors.

In 2016, Vincent received the EY Entrepreneur of The Year® Award in the Florida Region. This global award program has been sponsored by Ernst & Young for over 30 years and recognizes entrepreneurs who demonstrate excellence and extraordinary success in such areas as innovation, financial performance and personal commitment to their business and communities.

From 2000-2008, Vincent served in executive roles at Barclays Capital’s global commercial real estate group and Lehman Brothers’ real estate investment banking and finance units. While at Lehman Brothers and Barclays Capital, Vincent was directly involved in over $6.7 billion of M&A advisory, equity and debt capital raises for both public and private institutions.

Prior to his investment banking and private equity career, Vincent served four years as an active-duty officer in the United States Army where he led reconnaissance and infantry units.

Vincent supports numerous non-profit organizations involving education and veteran assistance and chairs the Board of Trustees at a prominent South Florida independent school.

Vincent earned an M.B.A. with a concentration in Corporate Finance from Boston University. As an undergraduate he earned a B.S. from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.
