Sean Doherty joined Scout Cold Logistics in 2023 as a Vice President – Construction. In this capacity, he manages the design and construction of new cold warehouse buildings as well as property redevelopment involving cooler, freezer, food processing, and other tenant improvements. Sean provides construction project leadership, including team selection, planning, permitting, project budget and schedule management, customer communications, quality control, project commissioning, close-out and documentation.

Sean has over 10 years of experience in construction project management and the past 7 years with Sysco, a leading national food service distribution provider in their construction and food services division. Prior to that, Sean was a project manager at a leading Texas GC firm.
