Riley Corr joined Scout Cold Logistics in 2023 as Vice President – Investments. In this position, Riley is responsible for new acquisitions, financings, portfolio leasing and furthering Scout’s strategic investment objectives. Riley brings over a decade of real estate investment, leasing and capital markets experience to Scout.

Prior to joining Scout, Riley held LP real estate investment roles at ArrowMark Partners, Peak Rock Capital and Churchill Capital, where he closed over 40 transactions across the capital structure in a variety of asset classes, nationally. He began his career in the New York City Leasing group at JLL and transitioned to the JLL Capital Markets group where he was directly involved in over $3 billion of mortgage brokerage, equity placement and loan sale advisory transactions.

Riley earned his Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude, in Finance from the Wayne Calloway School of Business and Accountancy at Wake Forest University.
