Scout purchased 200 Eagle Court in late 2021. It is a 38,434-square-foot refrigerated and freezer storage and distribution facility fully leased to The Chefs’ Warehouse. It is located in the Pureland Industrial Complex, home to numerous food companies including Performance Food Group, Vistar and Taylor Farms. The building was constructed in 1995 with 26-foot clear height, 10 loading docks and 102 car parking spaces. Scout is designing a 20,000-square-foot cold expansion to the building. The property is just off I-295 near the New Jersey Turnpike, making it an excellent distribution and logistics hub for food producers and distributors serving Philadelphia, Wilmington, Baltimore and the Eastern United States.
