Indianapolis Food Center is a 344,789-square-foot refrigerated and freezer baked goods production and distribution facility purchased by Scout in 2021 and leased to CraftMark Bakery. The property was built in 2014 and expanded in 2018. In addition to the highly improved automated baking processes, the Class-A facility features 32-foot clear height, with some 50-foot clear sections, heavy power and extensive car and truck parking. It is located just off I-70 in southwest Indianapolis near the I-465 beltway, providing excellent access to the Indianapolis area and beyond to the Midwestern United States.
