Neil Naiser
VP - Asset Management
Neil Naiser joined Scout Cold Logistics in 2024 as Vice President—Asset Management. In this capacity, Neil is responsible for leading the asset management function for a portfolio of cold storage industrial properties across the US. This includes overseeing all facets of property operations, developing and implementing asset business plans, leasing activity, and working with the Investment team on acquisitions and dispositions.
Neil brings over ten years of commercial real estate experience to Scout, having worked for various publicly traded REITs and private developers across multiple asset classes. Most recently, Neil served as head of asset management for a seniors housing and healthcare real estate developer, where he was responsible for overseeing all asset management activities.
Neil holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance and accounting.
