Charles Coffin
VP - Asset Management
Charles Coffin joined Scout Cold Logistics in 2024 as Vice President—Asset Management. In this capacity, Charles is responsible for leading the asset management function for a portfolio of cold storage industrial properties across the US. This includes overseeing all facets of property operations, developing and implementing asset business plans, leasing activity and working with the Investment team on acquisitions and dispositions.
Charles brings twenty years of commercial real estate experience to Scout. Prior to joining Scout, Charles served in capital markets and investment management positions at Florida East Coast Industries, Greenstreet Real Estate Partners, L.P and SL Green Realty Corp. Most recently, Charles served as the head of sales operations and strategy for Ten-X, a subsidiary of the CoStar Group.
Charles holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Miami and Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Northeastern University.
