Kevin Dickman joined Scout Cold Logistics in 2022 as a Vice President – Construction. In this capacity, he manages the design and construction of new cold warehouse buildings as well as property redevelopment involving cooler, freezer, food processing, and other tenant improvements. Kevin provides construction project leadership, including team selection, planning, permitting, project budget and schedule management, customer communications, quality control, project commissioning, close-out and documentation.
