Executive Leadership

Michael Bradish joined Scout Capital Partners in 2020 and Scout Cold Logistics in 2021. He currently serves as Executive Vice President – Finance, where he oversees all corporate financial planning and analysis, property-level cash flow analysis, debt capital markets activities, treasury, accounting / tax and other related financial matters.

Prior to joining Scout, Mike served as a senior executive for a family office investment and development company, overseeing the capitalization of $500M+ of mixed-use development projects including deal assessment and structuring of new investment opportunities.

Previously, Mike served as the Chief Financial Officer for Florida East Coast Industries, Inc (FECI). In that capacity he oversaw FECI’s recapitalization following the global financial crisis of 2007-2008, including a complete retooling of FECI’s financial systems to prepare the company for a multi-billion investment program in the industrial warehousing and infrastructure sectors.

Additionally, Mike held senior executive positions with several notable real estate investment and development companies located throughout California including ProLogis (formerly Catellus Development Corporation) and CB Richard Ellis. Mr. Bradish has also served as an independent consultant to various institutional and family office investors.

Mike earned Bachelor of Science in Commerce from Santa Clara University’s School of Finance.
