John Bunce joined Scout Cold Logistics in 2024 as a Vice President – Construction.  In this capacity he leads design, permitting and construction of temperature-controlled build-to-suits, building expansions and tenant improvements on-schedule, on-budget, with the highest quality and safety standards and strong customer satisfaction. 
 
John has more than 30 years of experience in industrial construction in positions with increasing responsibility growing from Superintendent to Project Executive, including more than 20 years at Clayco, along with prior roles at at Graycor and Osman Construction. 
 
John holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, Finance from University of Notre Dame, along with significant coursework at the University of Illinois School of Law.  John volunteers on the Board of Directors of the Chicago Building Congress and participates in the United States Green Building Council.
